采用约克夏无碱活性染料NRA系列和弱酸性染料Nylanthrene B组染料对锦/棉交织物进行一浴法染色。分析了染色工艺因素对锦/棉交织物得色及色差的影响,结果表明, NRA系列活性染料适合中浅色染色, pH值=7.0,染色时间30~45 min,染色温度100℃。采用该工艺染色的锦/棉交织物色光稳定,同色性好,各项色牢度均较高,且缩短了工艺时间,降低了生产成本。
採用約剋夏無堿活性染料NRA繫列和弱痠性染料Nylanthrene B組染料對錦/棉交織物進行一浴法染色。分析瞭染色工藝因素對錦/棉交織物得色及色差的影響,結果錶明, NRA繫列活性染料適閤中淺色染色, pH值=7.0,染色時間30~45 min,染色溫度100℃。採用該工藝染色的錦/棉交織物色光穩定,同色性好,各項色牢度均較高,且縮短瞭工藝時間,降低瞭生產成本。

The nylon/cotton mixture was dyed with the alkali-free reactive dyes NRA and weak acid dyes Nylanthrene B series of Yorkshire in one bath process. Factors affecting color yield and color deviation of dyed cotton/nylon mixture were analyzed. The experiment results indicated this dyeing process was suitable for dyeing nylon/cotton mixture in light and medium shades at 100 ℃ for 30-45 minutes at pH = 7. 0. The dyed fabric had excellent union color property and good color fastness , and the process was beneficial to shorten time and save cost.
