针对传统钝化工艺环境危害大的问题,优选了紫铜表面钛盐钝化工艺参数。通过变化钝化温度及时间,分析了成膜机理。结果表明:对于无氟钛盐铜钝化液,在紫铜材料表面,钝化温度25℃,pH为2.0~2.5,钝化时间为60s的条件下可得到耐腐蚀性良好并具有金属光泽的铜本色钝化膜,成膜过程存在二次成膜过程。
針對傳統鈍化工藝環境危害大的問題,優選瞭紫銅錶麵鈦鹽鈍化工藝參數。通過變化鈍化溫度及時間,分析瞭成膜機理。結果錶明:對于無氟鈦鹽銅鈍化液,在紫銅材料錶麵,鈍化溫度25℃,pH為2.0~2.5,鈍化時間為60s的條件下可得到耐腐蝕性良好併具有金屬光澤的銅本色鈍化膜,成膜過程存在二次成膜過程。
침대전통둔화공예배경위해대적문제,우선료자동표면태염둔화공예삼수。통과변화둔화온도급시간,분석료성막궤리。결과표명:대우무불태염동둔화액,재자동재료표면,둔화온도25℃,pH위2.0~2.5,둔화시간위60s적조건하가득도내부식성량호병구유금속광택적동본색둔화막,성막과정존재이차성막과정。
The parameters of passivation using titanium bath on the surface of red copper was researched to deal with the huge environmental impact caused by the traditional passivation. The film formation mechanism was also discussed. The result shows that, the film which was formed under the parameters that the temperature was 25℃,the pH was 2.0~2.5, the passivate time was 60s, had the best anti-corrosion properties. The second film forming existed during process of the film formation.
