针对小曲率半径薄壁TC4钛合金筒形件冷辊弯成形的技术难题,完成了理论计算、有限元分析、卷板机设计及试制、工艺试验等研究内容。试验结果表明,卷板机加工筒形件的质量满足自动焊接要求。本研究成果已成功应用于某航天产品生产,实现了TC4钛合金筒形件的优质、高效、绿色加工。
針對小麯率半徑薄壁TC4鈦閤金筒形件冷輥彎成形的技術難題,完成瞭理論計算、有限元分析、捲闆機設計及試製、工藝試驗等研究內容。試驗結果錶明,捲闆機加工筒形件的質量滿足自動銲接要求。本研究成果已成功應用于某航天產品生產,實現瞭TC4鈦閤金筒形件的優質、高效、綠色加工。

Aiming for the problems of technology of cold roll bending thin-walled tube-shaped titanium alloy parts with small curvature radius, the research contents included theoretical calculation, FEA, design and trial production of the bending machine, as well as process test. The test result indicated that the quantity of the tube-shaped parts, produced by the bending machine, can meet the requirement of automatic welding. This research result has been successfully used in the manufacture of aerospace products. This technology is high quality, efficiency, and green machining.
