以1,3,5-三甲基-1,3,5-三(3′,3′,3′-三氟丙基)环三硅氧烷(D3 F )、八甲基环四硅氧烷(D4)、四甲基环四硅氧烷(D4 H )、六甲基二硅氧烷(M M )为原料,经酸催化开环聚合制得含氟含氢聚硅氧烷(FPHMS),再和烯丙基聚氧乙烯聚氧丙烯醚(F6)在铂催化下经硅氢加成反应合成了一种新型氟硅表面活性剂(FSS).用红外光谱(IR)对FSS的结构进行了表征,并对FSS的表面性能等进行了测定.结果表明:FSS水溶液的临界胶束浓度(cmc)为1.0 g · L -1, cmc处的表面张力(γcmc)为23.5 mN · m -1.质量分数为0.5%的 FSS 水溶液的发泡力为1.53,5 m in的稳泡性为0.375,对苯的増溶力为13.7,对煤油、50#机油和苯的乳化力分别是9s、27s和28s,在硬水中的稳定性为5级.

The fluorine-containing and hydrogen-containing polysiloxane (FPHMS) was pre-pared by acid catalyzed ring-opening polymerization reaction from 1 ,3 ,5-trimethyl-1 ,3 ,5-tri (3′,3′,3′-Trifluoro-propyl)cyclotrisiloxane(D3F) ,octamethylcyclotetrasiloxane(D4) ,tetram-ethylcyclotetrasiloxane(D4H)andhexamethyldisiloxane(MM).Akindofnovelfluorosilicone surfactants(FSS) was synthesized by hydrosilylation of FPHMS with allyl polyoxyethylene polyoxypropylene ether(F6) in the presence of a platinum catalyst .The chemical structure of FSS was characterized by IR .The surface properties of FSS were investigated .Experimental results show that the critical micelle concentration(cmc) of FSS solution is 1 .0 g · L -1 .The surface tension at cmc (γcmc ) of FSS solution is 23 .5 mN · m -1 .The foaming power of 0 .5%FSS (mass fraction) solution is 1 .53 and foam stability after 5 min is 0 .375 .The solubilizing capacity of 0 .5% FSS solution for benzene is 13 .7 .The emulsifying ability of 0 .5% FSS so-lution for kerosene ,50# machine oil and benzene are 9 s ,27 s and 28 s ,respectively .The sta-bility of FSS in hard water is grade 5 .
