介绍了超仿棉的概念及其国内外研究现状，分析了开发超仿棉新工艺及新产品的技术瓶颈，指出了超仿棉纺、织、染、整的技术关键及解决方法。同时对超仿棉针织系列新产品进行开发实践，探讨了其生产工艺，测试了超仿棉面料的多项性能指标。结果表明，超仿棉产品的色牢度较好、抗起毛起球性提高效果明显、尺寸稳定性好；但其吸湿性和回潮率有待提高。
개소료초방면적개념급기국내외연구현상，분석료개발초방면신공예급신산품적기술병경，지출료초방면방、직、염、정적기술관건급해결방법。동시대초방면침직계렬신산품진행개발실천，탐토료기생산공예，측시료초방면면료적다항성능지표。결과표명，초방면산품적색뇌도교호、항기모기구성제고효과명현、척촌은정성호；단기흡습성화회조솔유대제고。
The concept and current situation of highly imitated cotton was introduced at home and abroad. Bot-tlenecks of developing new technologies and new products were analyzed. Technological keys and solutions of spin-ning, weaving, dyeing and finishing of highly imitated cotton were pointed out. Knitted series of highly imitated cotton were developed, and different processes were discussed. Performance indicators of highly imitated cotton fab-ric were tested. The results show that all color fastnesses are good, the effects of fuzz and the anti-pilling resis-tance is obvious, and size stability is good. But its wettability and moisture regain needs to improve.
