某大型油气田DCS系统自2004年投入运行以来，陆续发生过DCS控制器、IO LINK通讯故障、DCS系统上位机无法监控等多次故障，不能满足现场安全运行的要求。2013年通过对系统的升级改造，为该油气田安全平稳运行清除了障碍，同时也为PKS C200控制器等DCS大型控制系统升级改造探索出了一条新路。

모대형유기전DCS계통자2004년투입운행이래，륙속발생과DCS공제기、IO LINK통신고장、DCS계통상위궤무법감공등다차고장，불능만족현장안전운행적요구。2013년통과대계통적승급개조，위해유기전안전평은운행청제료장애，동시야위PKS C200공제기등DCS대형공제계통승급개조탐색출료일조신로。
