济宁二号煤矿十一采区3下煤层开采深度最大达到800m,煤层厚度平均5.62m,由于开采深度大,煤层厚,开采过程中地压大。在十一采区工作面回采中采用ZFS-7200强力支撑掩护式液压支架,本文通过对十一采区3下煤层4个工作面回采期间的矿压显现及支架支护工作阻力的计算,详细阐述ZFS-7200支架使用效果评价,并根据现场使用情况,提出指导性意见,为今后矿井其他采区综放综放工作面支架选型提供依据。

No.11 mining area 3 under coal seam at Jining II coal mine reaches maximum 800m mining depth, with average seam thickness of 5.62m. Due to large mining depth, thick seam, big ground pressure exists during mining process. ZFS-7200 strong support covering hydraulic supports are used at No.11 mining face recovery. This paper, through calculation of pressure appearance and support working resistance force during recovery process of 4 faces at 3 under seam, details usage effect Evaluation of ZFS-7200 support, and offers guidance advise based on site usage condition, provides basis for support selection at fully-mechanized caving mining face of other coal mines.
