井下辅助运输安全管理一直是煤矿安全生产的薄弱环节,现辅助运输设备大多为人工操作、自动化程度低,严重制约了煤矿生产效率的提高和本质安全运输环境的创建。斜巷运输是辅助安全运输的薄弱点,为此全面推进斜巷运输安全设施的控制自动化、运输过程的视频监控、全方位自动安全防护,是提高煤矿斜井的安全运输、降低职工劳动强度的必然选择,也是实现矿井本质安全运输的必由之路。
