淮南张集煤矿1112(3)工作面受两侧沿空及超前支承压力,工作面上下顺槽超前段矿压显现剧烈,巷道变形严重。传统的套棚、回棚和单体液压支柱配合铰接顶梁或工字钢梁挑棚超前支护仍存在劳动强度大、劳动效率低等缺点。采用锚索钢梁代替圆木套棚和四排挑棚进行超前支护的新工艺时,支护强度明显提高,两巷顶底板及两帮位移明显减小,支护成本大大降低。
