目的：探讨精神科病区医院感染的易感因素及采取积极干预措施对医院感染发生率的影响。方法分析精神科病区医院感染危险因素，针对分析结果制定防控措施并进行早期干预。结果我院精神科病区经过3a有针对性地防控干预，医院感染率从3a前的2．48％下降到1．49％，干预效果显著。结论精神科病区医院感染易感因素较多，医院应提高医护人员的防控意识，针对易感因素积极采取早期干预，才能有效地降低医院感染的发生。
목적：탐토정신과병구의원감염적역감인소급채취적겁간예조시대의원감염발생솔적영향。방법분석정신과병구의원감염위험인소，침대분석결과제정방공조시병진행조기간예。결과아원정신과병구경과3a유침대성지방공간예，의원감염솔종3a전적2．48％하강도1．49％，간예효과현저。결론정신과병구의원감염역감인소교다，의원응제고의호인원적방공의식，침대역감인소적겁채취조기간예，재능유효지강저의원감염적발생。
Objective To explore nosocomial infection predisposing factors in psychiat-ric w ard and the influences of active countermeasures on the incidence of nosocomial in-fection .Methods Nosocomial infection predisposing factors w ere analyzed and early in-terventions made according to analytic results .Results The incidence of nosocomial infection lowered from 2 .48%to 1 .49% after 3-year purposeful prevention and control in psychiatric ward of our hospital ,intervention effects were significant .Conclusion Nosocomial infection predisposing factors in psychiatric ward are more ,raising medi-cal staff prevention and control consciousness and taking early intervention according to predisposing factors could effectively reduce the development of nosocomial infection .
