目的:探讨喹硫平对精神分裂症患者血糖、血脂、甲状腺素及催乳素水平的影响。方法对40例精神分裂症患者口服喹硫平治疗,观察8周。于治疗前后监测患者血糖、血脂、甲状腺素及催乳素水平的变化。结果治疗8周末患者空腹血糖及催乳素无显著变化,三碘甲状腺原氨酸、游离甲状腺素较治疗前显著下降(P<0.01),三酰甘油较治疗前显著升高(P<0.01);甲状腺素与血清总胆固醇呈显著负相关(P<0.05),游离三碘甲状腺原氨酸与高密度脂蛋白胆固醇显著正相关(P<0.05)。结论喹硫平对精神分裂症患者血糖、催乳素水平无明显影响;对甲状腺素及血脂水平均有不同程度的影响,且甲状腺素水平与脂代谢有一定的相关性。

목적:탐토규류평대정신분렬증환자혈당、혈지、갑상선소급최유소수평적영향。방법대40례정신분렬증환자구복규류평치료,관찰8주。우치료전후감측환자혈당、혈지、갑상선소급최유소수평적변화。결과치료8주말환자공복혈당급최유소무현저변화,삼전갑상선원안산、유리갑상선소교치료전현저하강(P<0.01),삼선감유교치료전현저승고(P<0.01);갑상선소여혈청총담고순정현저부상관(P<0.05),유리삼전갑상선원안산여고밀도지단백담고순현저정상관(P<0.05)。결론규류평대정신분렬증환자혈당、최유소수평무명현영향;대갑상선소급혈지수평균유불동정도적영향,차갑상선소수평여지대사유일정적상관성。
Objective To explore the influences of quetiapine on blood glucose ,lipid ,thyroxine and pro-lactin levels of schizophrenia patients .Methods Forty schizophrenia patients took orally quetiapine for 8 weeks .Changes of blood glucose ,lipid ,thyroxine and prolactin levels were detected before and after treatment .Results At the end of the 8th week ,blood-fasting sugar and prolactin had no significant chan-ges ,free thyroxine lowered more significantly (P<0 .01) and triacylglycerol heightened (P<0 .01) com-pared with pretreatment ;thyroxine was negatively related to serum total cholesterol notably (P<0 .05) and free triiodothyronine positively to high density lipoprotein cholesferol (P<0 .05) .Conclusion Quetia-pine has no obvious influences on blood glucose and prolactin levels of schizophrenia patients ;it has influ-ences on thyroxine and blood lipid levels in different degrees ,thyroid hormone levels have a certain correla-tion with lipid metabolism .
