针对锻造操作机提升俯仰系统平升缸停止时刻短时下滑问题,运用AMESim软件建立液控单向阀及提升俯仰液压系统仿真模型并进行仿真分析,分析了系统中液控单向阀卸荷小阀芯、主阀芯以及控制活塞的瞬态运动特性。结果表明:油缸下滑是由于液控单向阀不能即时关闭所致,液控单向阀关闭过程中,控制活塞复位缓慢,给阀芯复位造成一定阻力,使阀芯不能立即复位。通过增大控制活塞复位弹簧的刚度可使活塞复位迅速,液控单向阀可立即关闭,有效解决油缸下滑问题。
針對鍛造操作機提升俯仰繫統平升缸停止時刻短時下滑問題,運用AMESim軟件建立液控單嚮閥及提升俯仰液壓繫統倣真模型併進行倣真分析,分析瞭繫統中液控單嚮閥卸荷小閥芯、主閥芯以及控製活塞的瞬態運動特性。結果錶明:油缸下滑是由于液控單嚮閥不能即時關閉所緻,液控單嚮閥關閉過程中,控製活塞複位緩慢,給閥芯複位造成一定阻力,使閥芯不能立即複位。通過增大控製活塞複位彈簧的剛度可使活塞複位迅速,液控單嚮閥可立即關閉,有效解決油缸下滑問題。
침대단조조작궤제승부앙계통평승항정지시각단시하활문제,운용AMESim연건건립액공단향벌급제승부앙액압계통방진모형병진행방진분석,분석료계통중액공단향벌사하소벌심、주벌심이급공제활새적순태운동특성。결과표명:유항하활시유우액공단향벌불능즉시관폐소치,액공단향벌관폐과정중,공제활새복위완만,급벌심복위조성일정조력,사벌심불능립즉복위。통과증대공제활새복위탄황적강도가사활새복위신속,액공단향벌가립즉관폐,유효해결유항하활문제。
The simulation models of the pilot-operated check valve and the hydraulic system were built and simulated with analy-sis by using the AMESim software aimed at the problem of lifting cylinder sliding in raising and pitching system of forging manipulate briefly at stop.The momentary dynamic characteristics of the decompression poppet,the main poppet and the pilot piston of the check valve in system were analyzed.The results show that the pilot-operated check valve cannot close in time is the reason for sliding of the lifting cylinder.In the process of the valve closing,the pilot piston reset slowly,which added resistance to the poppet reset,led to the poppet not reset at once.By increasing reset spring stiffness of the pilot piston made the pilot piston reset quickly,the valve closes im-mediately,and it can solve the sliding problem efficiently.
