高校学术环境是影响硕士研究生创新能力的重要因素。采用问卷对300名硕士研究生进行了调查，结果显示，学科建设环境、物质资源环境、学术人文环境、招生制度环境、师生科研环境对硕士研究生创新能力均具有重要的影响作用。其中学科建设环境因素、物质资源环境因素、学术人文环境因素作用显著。

College academic environment is influential factor on innovative capability of graduate students .This re-search based on a survey on 300 graduate students finds that the discipline construction environment ,material re-source environment ,humanities environment , enrollment system environment , teacher-student research environment have important influence on innovative capability of graduate students .Of the five factors ,discipline construction en-vironment ,material resource environment and humanities environment significantly impact on innovative capability .
