针对传统凸轮开口的缺点和不足,提出了一种基于比例伺服技术的新型数字开口方法,设计了液压控制系统并建立了数学模型。系统采用DSP控制单元作为整个控制系统的核心部分,驱动电液比例伺服阀控制伺服缸带动综框按照一定的规律上下运动。通过对系统的 M atlab/sim ulink仿真分析,证明了该系统能够适应织物组织变化及满足织机高速特性要求。

Due to the shortcomings and deficiencies of the traditional cam shedding mechanism ,a new digital shedding method was proposed based on proportional servo technology .Hydraulic control system was designed and mathematical model was established .DSP controlling unit was applied as a core part of the whole control system to drive the heald frame up and down according to certain rules .Through Mat-lab/simulink simulation analysis of the system ,the results showed that the system was able to adapt to the changes of the fabric and meet the high-speed requirements of the loom .
