建设马克思主义学习型政党既具重要性又具紧迫性。建设马克思主义学习型政党，应紧紧围绕四个着力点：以社会主义先进文化为思想精神上的旗帜，增强学习型政党建设的导向力；深入推进社会主义核心价值体系建设，增强学习型政党的凝聚力；大力实施文化创新战略，增强学习型政党的创造力；加强和改进党对先进文化的领导，增强学习型政党的战斗力。

It is both of great importance and urgency to construct a learning Party of Marxism .To fulfill the task ,there are four focal points to concentrate :firstly ,to take the spirit of the ad-vanced socialist culture as our ideological banner and safeguard the orientation of a learning party ’ s construction ;secondly ,to further the construction of socialist core value system and enhance the cohesion of a learning party building ;thirdly ,to implement vigorously the strategy of cultural in-novation and increase a learning party ’s creativity ;and finally ,to strengthen and improve the party’s leadership of the advanced culture and empowerment of a learning party .
