Evidence-Based Practice is widely recognized as a key factor in driving the contemporary development in patient care services and nursing profession. This paper aims at revisiting the key concepts of Evidence-Based Nursing (EBN), reviewing the current strategies for its promotion in the Pamela Youde Nethersole Eastern Hospital of Hong Kong, and relfecting the appropriate directions for future improvement. By means of that, mutual encouragement and learning are anticipated to be acquired.
