针对发动机不同型号连杆小端轴承摩擦磨损试验,设计并研制一种摆动摩擦副的摩擦磨损试验台。试验台由摆动机构、液压加载系统、数据采集和PC控制系统三大部分组成。以变频调速电机作为驱动装置实现试验台被测摩擦副的相对摆动;设计液压系统作为试验台载荷激励源,以模拟发动机爆发压力;通过改变脉宽调制(PWM)信号的频率和占空比,采用计算机控制技术实现对载荷激励的控制。试验台工作转速、激励幅值、激励频率可调范围大,信号采集、分析处理及存储均可自动完成,能满足不同规格、不同工况的发动机摆动摩擦副摩擦磨损模拟试验要求。
針對髮動機不同型號連桿小耑軸承摩抆磨損試驗,設計併研製一種襬動摩抆副的摩抆磨損試驗檯。試驗檯由襬動機構、液壓加載繫統、數據採集和PC控製繫統三大部分組成。以變頻調速電機作為驅動裝置實現試驗檯被測摩抆副的相對襬動;設計液壓繫統作為試驗檯載荷激勵源,以模擬髮動機爆髮壓力;通過改變脈寬調製(PWM)信號的頻率和佔空比,採用計算機控製技術實現對載荷激勵的控製。試驗檯工作轉速、激勵幅值、激勵頻率可調範圍大,信號採集、分析處理及存儲均可自動完成,能滿足不同規格、不同工況的髮動機襬動摩抆副摩抆磨損模擬試驗要求。

A test machine on friction and wear for connecting rod bushing of IC engine was designed and built,which was composed of swing mechanism,hydraulic stroker,data acquisition and PC control system.Pendulum motion of connect-ing rod bushing was driven by frequency control motor in swing mechanism.Driving load source was supplied by the hy-draulic stroker.Controllable load excitation was achieved by PC through changing frequency and duty ratio of PWM.Opera-tion speed and load excitation of the test machine could be adjusted in wide range,and collection,analysis and storage of test signals could be performed automatically.The test machine can be applied to approach the friction and wear for con-necting rod bushing of IC engine in the different size and work condition.
