通过CVD氮化钛涂层刀具加工天然大理石的试验研究,对刀具的磨损特性以及不同加工参数与磨损面积的相关性进行分析。试验结果表明,CVD氮化钛涂层刀具加工天然大理石时主要磨损特性为切削刃的磨损区出现涂层的剥离、刃口区出现崩刃与机械犁沟等现象;切削深度、主轴转速与刀具磨损面积显著相关,其中主轴转速相关性较大;试验得到的刀具最优的参数组合为:主轴转速12000 r/min、进给速度1750 mm/min、切削深度1 mm。

The characteristics of tool wear and the correlation between different processing parameters and the abrasion area were analyzed through the CVD titanium nitride coated cutting tool processing experiments.The results show that the wear characteristics of the CVD tool are the coating stripping in the wear area of cutting edge,the occurrence of collapse and mechanical furrows phenomenon in edge area of tool when cutting natural marble.Cutting depth,spindle speed and tool wear area are significant correlation,and the spindle speed has larger correlation.The optimal parameter combination ob-tained by experiments is that the spindle speed of the tool is 12 000 r/min,the feed speed is 1 750 mm/min,the cutting depth is 1 mm.
