海水润滑橡胶艉轴承沟槽结构有轴向水槽和周向水槽之分,周向水槽亦有许多形式的螺旋槽,而不同形式的螺旋槽结构对艉轴承力学性能有着重要的影响。针对不同螺旋槽数目和不同螺旋槽半径大小的艉轴承模型,应用An-sys软件对其进行结构静力分析对比。结果表明,随着槽数的增加,艉轴承的最大位移量逐渐减小,其最大应力值却逐渐增大;而螺旋槽半径和螺旋角若太小或太大,都会使得艉轴承的最大应变值增大,且更容易造成应变相对集中。
海水潤滑橡膠艉軸承溝槽結構有軸嚮水槽和週嚮水槽之分,週嚮水槽亦有許多形式的螺鏇槽,而不同形式的螺鏇槽結構對艉軸承力學性能有著重要的影響。針對不同螺鏇槽數目和不同螺鏇槽半徑大小的艉軸承模型,應用An-sys軟件對其進行結構靜力分析對比。結果錶明,隨著槽數的增加,艉軸承的最大位移量逐漸減小,其最大應力值卻逐漸增大;而螺鏇槽半徑和螺鏇角若太小或太大,都會使得艉軸承的最大應變值增大,且更容易造成應變相對集中。

The groove structures of water lubricated rubber stern tube bearings can be divided into axial and circumfer-ential water channels,the circumferential water channels also have many different forms of the spiral groove structures,and the various forms of the spiral groove structures have an important influence on the mechanical property of the stern bear-ing.The structure static analysis and comparison was performed by the Ansys software for the rubber stern tube bearings with different number and radius of spiral grooves.The results show that the maximum displacement of the stern bearings is gradually decreased and the maximum stress is gradually increased with the increasing of groove number.Too big or too small groove radius or spiral angle will result in the increase of the maximum strain of the stern bearings.
