给出了单跨、气体轴承支承的转子系统中出现的共振、气膜半速涡动(包含临界半速涡动)、双低频特性、气膜振荡、工频碰磨、低频碰磨等典型振动现象,采用轴心轨迹,分岔图,以及频谱图等振动测试分析方法,呈现了以上典型振动现象的动力学特征,为识别气体轴承中的典型振动现象提供试验数据支持;同时,针对以上典型振动特征,采用轴承-转子系统的载荷运动平衡方程,给出了定性的理论分析以及相应的控制方法,为气体轴承-转子系统的振动控制与稳定性研究提供可借鉴的数据和方法。
給齣瞭單跨、氣體軸承支承的轉子繫統中齣現的共振、氣膜半速渦動(包含臨界半速渦動)、雙低頻特性、氣膜振盪、工頻踫磨、低頻踫磨等典型振動現象,採用軸心軌跡,分岔圖,以及頻譜圖等振動測試分析方法,呈現瞭以上典型振動現象的動力學特徵,為識彆氣體軸承中的典型振動現象提供試驗數據支持;同時,針對以上典型振動特徵,採用軸承-轉子繫統的載荷運動平衡方程,給齣瞭定性的理論分析以及相應的控製方法,為氣體軸承-轉子繫統的振動控製與穩定性研究提供可藉鑒的數據和方法。

Typical vibration characteristics for resonance,half-speed whirl(critical half-speed whirl),double low fre-quencies,gas whip,power frequency rubbing and low frequency rubbing were given under gas bearing-rotor system for a single span.Typical vibration characteristics as mentioned above were analyzed by axis center tracks,bifurcation and spec-tral analysis.Qualitative theoretical analysis and corresponding vibrational controlling methods were discussed with equation of motion for bearing-rotor system,which provides vibration controlling methods and typical vibrational data for gas bearing-rotor system stability study.
