以辊压自动化传输设备集中驱动桥式起重机吊架为研究对象,针对通过传统设计方法设计出的桥式起重机吊架,采用有限单元法对吊架进行强度和刚度考核,并进行模态分析。通过强度和刚度分析发现,通过传统手段设计出的吊架具有较大的安全富裕度,造成一定的资源浪费,可进行优化;通过模态分析可直观地分析吊架的动态特性,发现薄弱环节,有意识地避开吊架的固有频率,以免发生共振。
以輥壓自動化傳輸設備集中驅動橋式起重機弔架為研究對象,針對通過傳統設計方法設計齣的橋式起重機弔架,採用有限單元法對弔架進行彊度和剛度攷覈,併進行模態分析。通過彊度和剛度分析髮現,通過傳統手段設計齣的弔架具有較大的安全富裕度,造成一定的資源浪費,可進行優化;通過模態分析可直觀地分析弔架的動態特性,髮現薄弱環節,有意識地避開弔架的固有頻率,以免髮生共振。

In this paper, bridge crane hanger of roller pressure automatic transmission equipment is studied. Aiming at the bridge crane hanger designed with traditional method,strength and stiffness analysis of hanger are carried out with finite element method. Then modal analysis is also accomplished. According to the results of strength and stiffness analysis, it is noticed that the hanger designed with traditional methods has larger safety allowance. This will result in a wasteful use of resources. Therefore,optimization design is needed for the hanger. The dynamic characteristics of hanger are analyzed with modal analysis. Then the weak link is found. In order to avoid resonance,it is consciously to keep the exciting frequency away from natural frequency of hanger.
