目的探讨硫锌酸联合依帕司他治疗2型糖尿病周围神经病变治疗效果和应用价值。方法选择我院治疗的2型糖尿病周围神经病变患者134例作为研究对象，按照随机分为观察组和对照组，每组各67例，对照组给予弥可保治疗，观察组在对照组基础上给予硫锌酸联合依帕司他治疗，观察两组临床疗效。结果观察组患者治疗总有效率高于对照组，经统计学分析比较，差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）。结论硫锌酸联合依帕司他治疗2型糖尿病周围神经病变疗效可靠，值得在临床上大力推广使用。

Objective To investigate the lipoic acid combined withepalrestat in treatment of type 2 diabetes peripheral neuropathytreatment ef ect and application value. Methods Our hospital treatment of 134 patients with type 2 diabetes peripheral neuropathy as the research object,according to randomly divided into observation group and control group,67 cases in each group, control group given"insurable treatment,observation group in the control group given on the basis of lipoic acid according to pat his treatment,two groups of clinical curative ef ect observation.Results The patients in the observation group the total efficiency of treatment than in the control group, the statistical analysis and comparison,the dif erence was statistical y significant ( <0.05). Conclusion Lipoic acid combined with epalrestat treatment of peripheral neuropathy in type 2 diabetes mel itus and reliable,it is worth promoting in clinical use.
