本文从信息不对称理论出发，着重探讨了在施工合同风险管理中业主方信息不足现象的表现形式，分析其产生原因、导致后果等，指出了信息不对称存在的普遍性和必然性，并基于业主方的角度对此提出了一些降低信息不对称程度、从根本上抑制“逆向选择”问题和“道德风险”的具体措施。
本文從信息不對稱理論齣髮，著重探討瞭在施工閤同風險管理中業主方信息不足現象的錶現形式，分析其產生原因、導緻後果等，指齣瞭信息不對稱存在的普遍性和必然性，併基于業主方的角度對此提齣瞭一些降低信息不對稱程度、從根本上抑製“逆嚮選擇”問題和“道德風險”的具體措施。
본문종신식불대칭이론출발，착중탐토료재시공합동풍험관리중업주방신식불족현상적표현형식，분석기산생원인、도치후과등，지출료신식불대칭존재적보편성화필연성，병기우업주방적각도대차제출료일사강저신식불대칭정도、종근본상억제“역향선택”문제화“도덕풍험”적구체조시。
Based on the asymmetric information theory, this paper focused on forms, causes, and consequences of the insufficient information phenomenon of the owner in the risk management of construction contract, and pointed out the universality and inevitability of the information asymmetry, put forward a lot of specific measures which can reduce the degree of information asymmetry, and restrain the "adverse selection"and the"moral hazard"fundamentally from the perspective of the owner.
