结合多年运行的经验，充分分析了传统的卧式多风室热、冷床一体流化干燥床在盐品干燥中的不足，从减少块盐、粉盐、降低出床盐品温度入手介绍了一款自主研发的新型多风室热、冷床一体流化干燥床。新型干燥床，运行中不结块、不堵床，出盐温度低，尾气粉尘夹带少，大大降低了除尘系统的处理风量。特殊开孔率和条缝状的布风板保证物料流化完全，走料均匀，停车后不漏料，减少人工清理；产品干燥后温度、湿度均匀，外观白净。特别适用于干燥能力在100t/h以上的制盐生产线湿盐干燥中应用。

Combined with years of operating experience, this paper fully analyzed the disadvantages of traditional horizontal multiple air zone heat and cooling integrated fluidized drying bed in drying salt product from reducing block salt and fine salt;decreasing the temperature of the salt out from the dryer bed. This paper introduces a new type of horizontal multiple air zone heat and cooling integrated fluidized drying bed.In the operation of the new type drying bed, there is no agglomeration , no blocking; the temperature of the salt out from the drying bed is low ; and the dust carried by the tail gas is less which greatly reduces the air volume of dust removal system. Special hole rate and slit shaped cloth wind plate ensure material flow completely, feeding uniformly. When the plant shutdown, there is no leakage that manual cleanning is reduced. The temperature and humidity is uniform and the appearance is white which specially fits for the the drying ability of the salt production line above 100t/h.
