目的：研究胰岛素样生长因子Ⅱ mRNA 结合蛋白3（IMP3）在肺腺癌患者中的表达及其临床意义。方法：采用免疫组织化学方法检测92例肺腺癌患者的标本及30例癌旁正常标本中 IMP3的表达，并分析与患者的年龄、性别、病理分级、TNM 分期、远处转移、肿瘤的大小及与预后的关系。结果：IMP3在肺腺癌组中的阳性表达率为56.5%，明显高于对照组（均为阴性），差异具有统计学意义（P ﹤0.001）；IMP3在肺腺癌中的表达与患者的年龄、性别以及肿瘤的大小无关（P ﹥0.05）；与病理分级（P ﹤0.001）、临床分期（P ﹤0.05）及是否有远处转移有关（P ﹤0.05）；IMP3表达与肺腺癌患者术后3年生存率呈负相关（P ﹤0.001）。结论：IMP3在肺腺癌组织中表达，且与肺腺癌的病理分级、临床分期及远处转移有关。
목적：연구이도소양생장인자Ⅱ mRNA 결합단백3（IMP3）재폐선암환자중적표체급기림상의의。방법：채용면역조직화학방법검측92례폐선암환자적표본급30례암방정상표본중 IMP3적표체，병분석여환자적년령、성별、병리분급、TNM 분기、원처전이、종류적대소급여예후적관계。결과：IMP3재폐선암조중적양성표체솔위56.5%，명현고우대조조（균위음성），차이구유통계학의의（P ﹤0.001）；IMP3재폐선암중적표체여환자적년령、성별이급종류적대소무관（P ﹥0.05）；여병리분급（P ﹤0.001）、림상분기（P ﹤0.05）급시부유원처전이유관（P ﹤0.05）；IMP3표체여폐선암환자술후3년생존솔정부상관（P ﹤0.001）。결론：IMP3재폐선암조직중표체，차여폐선암적병리분급、림상분기급원처전이유관。
Objective:To investigate the exPression of insulin - like growth factor Ⅱ mRNA - binding Protein 3 in lung adenocarcinoma and its clinical significance. Methods:IMP3 exPression in 92 lung adenocarcinoma tissues and 30 normal tissues was determined by immunohistochemistry staining,and the relationshiPs between IMP3 exPression and gender,age,Pathological grading,TNM staging,distant metastasis,tumor size,Prognosis were analyzed. Results:The Positive exPression rate of IMP3 was 56. 5% in lung adenocarcinoma,higher than in normal control(all were neg-ative),the diffference was significantly significant. IMP3 exPression in lung adenocarcinoma was not correlated with Patient's age,gender,and tumor size(P ﹥ 0. 05);There were associations between IMP3 exPression and Pathological grade(P ﹤ 0. 001),clinical stage(P ﹤ 0. 05)and distant metastasis(P ﹤ 0. 05). The relationshiP between IMP3 ex-Pression and lung adenocarcinoma Patients'3 - year survival rate was negatively correlated. Conclusion:ExPression of IMP3 in lung adenocarcinoma is correlated with Pathological grade,clinical stage and distant metastasis.
