本文基于Web Services技术，在需求分析和实际应用基础上，通过研究和设计肾内科随访管理信息系统的功能模块，改变过去随访治疗信息的手工采集模式，提高随访质量和效率，促进随访信息系统的应用。随访系统在肾内科的广泛应用可以对慢性肾病的过程管理、对疾病的控制和疗效分析以及临床科研应用等产生积极的作用，并可推广到其他临床科室。

T his paper based on the Web Services ,and on the specific requirements analysis and practical ap-plication foundation .Designed and developed the nephrology management follow-up information system's function module to change the past manual mode of gathering the follow-up treatment information ,in or-der to improve follow-up quality and efficiency and to promote the application of follow-up information sys-tem ,so w hich can play a very positive impact on the management of chronic kidney disease (CKD ) process ,the control of the renal medical disease ,the curative effect of analysis and clinical research appli-cations .At last it can be extended to other clinical departments .
