目的：了解乌鲁木齐市26家医院乙类大型医用设备的配置现状，为制定乌鲁木齐市乙类大型医用设备规划提供客观依据。方法对乌鲁木齐市26家医院乙类大型医用设备配置现状进行调查，并填写相应调查表，数据采用Excel录入，进行统计描述。结果截至2010年，被调查的乌鲁木齐市26家医院拥有22台CT、7台MRI、6台DSA、4台SPECT、3台LA。2006-2010年年增长率约为4．2％～58．3％，配置数呈上升增长趋势， MRI、DSA、LA 和SPECT每千平方公里拥有量分别为0．642台、0．550台、0．275台和0．367台，设备区域分布不合理。C T平均每台检查病人数为12199人次，平均每台阳性检出率为73．10％。结论目前乌鲁木齐市乙类大型医用设备虽然增长速度较快，幅度较大且设备配置比较齐全，但设备增长不稳定，分布不均衡，区域分布不合理且配置水平较全国水平较低，因此仍有配置空间。
목적：료해오로목제시26가의원을류대형의용설비적배치현상，위제정오로목제시을류대형의용설비규화제공객관의거。방법대오로목제시26가의원을류대형의용설비배치현상진행조사，병전사상응조사표，수거채용Excel록입，진행통계묘술。결과절지2010년，피조사적오로목제시26가의원옹유22태CT、7태MRI、6태DSA、4태SPECT、3태LA。2006-2010년년증장솔약위4．2％～58．3％，배치수정상승증장추세， MRI、DSA、LA 화SPECT매천평방공리옹유량분별위0．642태、0．550태、0．275태화0．367태，설비구역분포불합리。C T평균매태검사병인수위12199인차，평균매태양성검출솔위73．10％。결론목전오로목제시을류대형의용설비수연증장속도교쾌，폭도교대차설비배치비교제전，단설비증장불은정，분포불균형，구역분포불합리차배치수평교전국수평교저，인차잉유배치공간。
Objective To study the volume and ulization of medical equipment type Ⅱ in Urumqi and to present data support for Urumqi′s developing Allocation Planning of Medical Equipment Type Ⅱ .Meth-ods A questionnaire was designed to know about the allocation volume of Medical Equipment Type Ⅱ of all hospitals and all datas were input and checked by Excel ,and processed with the statistical description . Results As of 2010 ,allocation volume of CT ,MRI ,DSA ,SPECT and LA was 22 ,7 ,6 ,3 and 3 respec-tively in the 26-hospital survey .Annual grow th rate of allocation volume is about 4 .2% to 58 .3% from 2006 to 2010 ;Allocation volume shows upward trend .Number of DSA ,MRI and SPECT per square kilo-meter is 0 .6 ,0 .6 ,0 .3 and 0 .4 respectively ;Equipment regional distribution is unreasonable . Actual Yearly-checked volume of CT was 12 199 ,the positive detection rate of every table is 73 .10% .Conclus-ions At present ,the rate of allocation volume of Medical Equipment Type Ⅱ of 26 hospitals grows fast in Urumqi ,but the distribution was not well balanced ;regional distribution is not quite rational and the configuration level is lower than the national average level .Therefore ,the allocation volume of Medical Equipment Type Ⅱ of Urumqi is still need to be increased and well balanced .
