目的：探讨维吾尔族缺血性脑卒中的主要危险因素。方法收集新疆地区维吾尔族缺血性脑卒中急性期患者327例，同期非缺血性脑卒中患者336例，采用病例-对照研究对其进行统计学分析。结果二分类Logistic回归分析显示：性别（OR ＝1．683，P＝0．011）、体质指数（OR ＝2．987，P＜0．001）、吸烟（OR ＝2．307，P＜0．002）、高血压（OR ＝4．554，P ＜0．001）、高血脂症（OR ＝2．772，P ＜0．001）、糖尿病（OR ＝2．204，P ＝0．007）、冠心病（OR ＝3．717，P＜0．013）与维吾尔族缺血性脑卒中急性期相关。结论性别、体质指数、吸烟、高血压、高血脂症、糖尿病、冠心病是维吾尔族急性期缺血性脑卒中的主要危险因素。
목적：탐토유오이족결혈성뇌졸중적주요위험인소。방법수집신강지구유오이족결혈성뇌졸중급성기환자327례，동기비결혈성뇌졸중환자336례，채용병례-대조연구대기진행통계학분석。결과이분류Logistic회귀분석현시：성별（OR ＝1．683，P＝0．011）、체질지수（OR ＝2．987，P＜0．001）、흡연（OR ＝2．307，P＜0．002）、고혈압（OR ＝4．554，P ＜0．001）、고혈지증（OR ＝2．772，P ＜0．001）、당뇨병（OR ＝2．204，P ＝0．007）、관심병（OR ＝3．717，P＜0．013）여유오이족결혈성뇌졸중급성기상관。결론성별、체질지수、흡연、고혈압、고혈지증、당뇨병、관심병시유오이족급성기결혈성뇌졸중적주요위험인소。
Objective To investigate the main risk factors of ischemic stroke in Xinjiang Uyghur nationali-ty .Methods Collected 327 cases of acute ischemic stroke and 336 cases without acute ischemic stroke , both of them come from 4 hospitals of 3 cities in Xinjiang .Using the case-control study to proceed statis-tical analysis .Results Cases of dichotomous logistic regression model analysis showed that the risk fac-tors of acute ischemic stroke in Uyghur nationality could include gender (OR = 1 .683 ,P =0 .011) ,Body Mass Index (OR = 2 .987 ,P <0 .001) ,smoking (OR = 2 .307 ,P <0 .002) ,hypertension (OR = 4 .554 , P <0 .001) ,hyperlipidemia (OR = 2 .772 ,P <0 .001) ,diabetes mellitus (OR = 2 .204 ,P=0 .007) ,coro-nary disease (OR = 3 .717 ,P <0 .013) .Conclusion Gender ,body mass Index ,somking ,hypertension , hyperlipidemia ,diabetes mellitus andcoronary disease were the main risk factors of acute ischemic stroke in Xinjiang Uyghur nationality .
