目的：分析新疆维吾尔药材毛头牛蒡子中脂肪油的成分。方法采用索式、超声、水浴回流提取脂肪油，利用气相色谱-质谱联用仪（GC-M S ）分析毛头牛蒡子中脂肪酸的成分。结果毛头牛蒡子油中脂肪酸成分主要含有棕榈油酸、棕榈酸、亚油酸、硬脂酸、环氧硬脂酸、花生烯酸、花生酸、山萮酸、正二十四烷酸，亚油酸占到总脂肪酸的78％。结论毛头牛蒡子中含有多种重要脂肪酸成分，亚油酸含量可作为毛头牛蒡子药用质量标准评价指标之一。
목적：분석신강유오이약재모두우방자중지방유적성분。방법채용색식、초성、수욕회류제취지방유，이용기상색보-질보련용의（GC-M S ）분석모두우방자중지방산적성분。결과모두우방자유중지방산성분주요함유종려유산、종려산、아유산、경지산、배양경지산、화생희산、화생산、산유산、정이십사완산，아유산점도총지방산적78％。결론모두우방자중함유다충중요지방산성분，아유산함량가작위모두우방자약용질량표준평개지표지일。
Objective To analyze the Xinjiang Uygur Medicine Arctium tomentosum Mill seeds in the com-position of fatty oil .Methods The cable type ,ultrasonic ,water bath backflow were used toextract fatty oil ,Arctium tomentosum Mill seeds fatty acid composition was analyze by gas chromatograph-mass spec-trometer (GC-MS) .Results A rctium tomentosum Mill seeds fatty acid composition mainly contained 9-Hexadecenoic acid ,Hexadecanoic acid ,9 ,12-Octadecadienoic acid ,Oxiraneoctanoic acid ,cis-13-Eicoseno-ic acid ,Eicosanoic acid ,Docosanoic acid ,Tetracosanoic acid .Conclusion A rctium tomentosum Mill seeds contain a variety of important composition of fatty acid in ,especially 9 ,12-Octadecadienoic acid ,which ac-counted 78% of the total fatty acids ,it can be used as Arctium tomentosum Mill seeds medicinal quality standards of evaluation .
