目的：研究眼小梁切除、超声乳化术式在原发性闭角型青光眼（ primary angle-closed glaucoma ，PACG）合并白内障中的临床应用效果。<br> 方法：本研究收集从2011-05／2012-05到我院接受治疗的PACG合并白内障的患者51例，年龄46～82岁，对51例患者皆进行小梁切除术（ trabeculectomy ， TL ）联合白内障超声乳化（ Phacoemulsification ，PE）吸除，同时进行人工晶状体植入。<br> 结果：联合治疗降眼压效果较好，术后研究对象视力恢复结果比较满意，且可以明显将前房深度（中央部分）加深；同时研究对象并发症较少，所有研究对象术中都没有出现后囊膜破裂、视网膜脱离及角膜内皮失代偿等较为严重的并发症。手术总成功率达到97％，失败率很低。<br> 结论：TL联合UE治疗PACG，其可以获得比较好的降低眼压的效果，利于患者术后视力的恢复和矫正，可以加深眼部前房深度，同时手术成功率比较高、并发症发生率较低，因而，其综合效果比较好，值得临床推广和广泛应用。
目的：研究眼小樑切除、超聲乳化術式在原髮性閉角型青光眼（ primary angle-closed glaucoma ，PACG）閤併白內障中的臨床應用效果。<br> 方法：本研究收集從2011-05／2012-05到我院接受治療的PACG閤併白內障的患者51例，年齡46～82歲，對51例患者皆進行小樑切除術（ trabeculectomy ， TL ）聯閤白內障超聲乳化（ Phacoemulsification ，PE）吸除，同時進行人工晶狀體植入。<br> 結果：聯閤治療降眼壓效果較好，術後研究對象視力恢複結果比較滿意，且可以明顯將前房深度（中央部分）加深；同時研究對象併髮癥較少，所有研究對象術中都沒有齣現後囊膜破裂、視網膜脫離及角膜內皮失代償等較為嚴重的併髮癥。手術總成功率達到97％，失敗率很低。<br> 結論：TL聯閤UE治療PACG，其可以穫得比較好的降低眼壓的效果，利于患者術後視力的恢複和矯正，可以加深眼部前房深度，同時手術成功率比較高、併髮癥髮生率較低，因而，其綜閤效果比較好，值得臨床推廣和廣汎應用。
목적：연구안소량절제、초성유화술식재원발성폐각형청광안（ primary angle-closed glaucoma ，PACG）합병백내장중적림상응용효과。<br> 방법：본연구수집종2011-05／2012-05도아원접수치료적PACG합병백내장적환자51례，년령46～82세，대51례환자개진행소량절제술（ trabeculectomy ， TL ）연합백내장초성유화（ Phacoemulsification ，PE）흡제，동시진행인공정상체식입。<br> 결과：연합치료강안압효과교호，술후연구대상시력회복결과비교만의，차가이명현장전방심도（중앙부분）가심；동시연구대상병발증교소，소유연구대상술중도몰유출현후낭막파렬、시망막탈리급각막내피실대상등교위엄중적병발증。수술총성공솔체도97％，실패솔흔저。<br> 결론：TL연합UE치료PACG，기가이획득비교호적강저안압적효과，리우환자술후시력적회복화교정，가이가심안부전방심도，동시수술성공솔비교고、병발증발생솔교저，인이，기종합효과비교호，치득림상추엄화엄범응용。
AIM: To research the application effects of trabeculectomy and phaco emulsification in primary angle-closed glaucoma( PACG) with cataract. <br> METHODS:Fifty-one patients aged from 46 years to 82 years with PACG and cataract from 2011-05/2012-05, were selected in our research.51 patients were all treated with trabeculectomy ( TL ) and phaco emulsification ( PE ) , meanwhile, they were implanted intraocular lens. <br> RESULTS: The effects of combing treatments in reducing intraocular pressure were better, and postoperative visual acuity results were satisfactory.It can deepen the central anterior chamber depth and all researches had fewer complications, and there was no posterior capsular rupture, retinal detachment and corneal endothelial decompensation and other serious complications in all the research objects.Total surgery success rate reached 97%, and the failure rate was very low. <br> CONCLUSION: Trabeculectomy combined with ultrasonic emulsification treating PACG can get a good result of reducing intraocular pressure, and be good for postoperative visual acuity recovery and correction, and it can deepen anterior chamber depth.The surgical success rate is high, with low complication rates, so the general effects are better.It is worthy of clinical application and wide application.
