21世纪的教育观和人才培养观已然变化,培养适应时代需要、具有创新精神的复合型外语专业人才是与时俱进的必然。然而,在现有教育理念和教育模式下,外语专业复合型人才培养却面临着巨大的挑战:课程体系趋向老化,教学模式相对滞后,师资队伍比较薄弱,重技能输入、轻能力输出等。对此,构建以学分制为基础,以专业内容为依托的全新课程体系;创造民主开放的教学模式,实现教学过程师生共享;开展全方位、多角度师资队伍建设步伐;实施以综合技能教学法为导向,以输出为驱动带动学习者输入等是培养复合型外语专业人才的有效途径。
21世紀的教育觀和人纔培養觀已然變化,培養適應時代需要、具有創新精神的複閤型外語專業人纔是與時俱進的必然。然而,在現有教育理唸和教育模式下,外語專業複閤型人纔培養卻麵臨著巨大的挑戰:課程體繫趨嚮老化,教學模式相對滯後,師資隊伍比較薄弱,重技能輸入、輕能力輸齣等。對此,構建以學分製為基礎,以專業內容為依託的全新課程體繫;創造民主開放的教學模式,實現教學過程師生共享;開展全方位、多角度師資隊伍建設步伐;實施以綜閤技能教學法為導嚮,以輸齣為驅動帶動學習者輸入等是培養複閤型外語專業人纔的有效途徑。

In the 21st century, the concepts of education and talents training have been changing .In order to adapt to times, it is imperative to train professional foreign language talents with innovative compound competence .However , in the present education situation, there lie many and various problems and challenges in the process of talents training :the out-of-date curriculum sys-tem, the backward teaching mode , the incompetent faculty , and the imbalanced focus on technical input and competence output, etc.Therefore, aiming at professional compound foreign language talent training , the paper offers corresponding countermeasures , pointing out that the effective solutions can be found in different aspects , such as constructing new curriculum system on the basis of credits system and professional contents learning , creating a democratic and open teaching mode to make the teachers and students share the teaching process thoroughly , carrying out all-round, multi-angle faculty con-struction, implementing the output -driven education guidance based on comprehensive skills teaching methodology .The analysis and discussion here would be bound to benefit for language learners and educators in terms of self -action reflection and would do good for foreign language teaching practice and teaching reform .
