原花青素是一类广泛存在于植物界的多酚化合物的总称，其中以葡萄籽的含量最为丰富。研究表明，葡萄籽原花青素具有清除自由基、抗氧化、抗肿瘤、抗动脉粥样硬化、抗辐射等药理作用，对多个系统的疾病具有一定的治疗作用。作为一种天然抗氧化剂，葡萄籽原花青素符合现代人们对高效、低毒药物的需求，具有广阔的开发前景。本文就葡萄籽原花青素在心血管系统疾病、癌症、男性生殖系统疾病、眼科疾病等方面的研究进展进行综述，并讨论了其与抗氧化和清除自由基能力相关的作用机制，为葡萄籽原花青素的进一步开发和利用提供参考。

As a natural antioxidant. GSPE conforms to modern people’s demand for high efficient and low-toxicity drugs, which has wide devel-opment prospects. This essay makes a review of the research advances of GSPE in Cardiovascular system diseases, cancer, and male reproductive system diseases and eye disease and discusses its mechanisms re-lated to resisting oxidation and free radicals so that it can provide reference for its further development and utilization.
