针对本地距离保护III段易受事故过负荷影响导致误动的问题,提出了一种基于复合相量平面的自适应过负荷识别方法。首先根据不同运行工况下量测相量的几何分布特性,建立虚拟电压降落方程,并据此求解自适应整定系数的计算公式,构造距离保护III段自适应过负荷识别判据,然后,将该判据与传统距离保护III段的动作特性相结合,以识别过负荷与对称故障。IEEE 10机39节点系统仿真结果验证了该方法一方面可避免由于过负荷引发的距离保护 III段误动情况的发生,另一方面,在过负荷又出现对称故障情况下,仍能有效发挥后备保护的作用。

ABSTRACT:The zone 3 of local distance protection is easy to be affected by incident overload and it leads to the malfunction. To overcome this defect, a complex phasor plane based adaptive overload identification method is proposed. Firstly, according to geometrical distribution of phasors measured under different operating conditions, the virtual voltage drop equation is established and on this basis the computing formula of adaptive setting coefficients is derived to construct the criterion of adaptively identifying the overload for the zone 3 of distance protection;then this criterion is combined with the action characteristic of zone 3 of distance protection to distinguish overload from symmetrical fault. Using the proposed method, on the one hand, the malfunction of the zone 3 of distance protection, which is caused by overload, can be avoided, on the other hand, under such a condition that the overload is accompanying with symmetrical fault the zone 3 of distance protection can still play a role of backup protection effectively. The correctness of the proposed method is validated by IEEE 10-machine 39-bus system.
