对机夹刀片工作面进行激光熔覆,以改善其表面硬度、耐磨擦和耐腐蚀等性能。从熔覆材料的选择、熔覆粉末添加方式的制定及熔覆层质量控制3个主要方面制定机夹刀片工作面激光熔覆工艺,为采用激光熔覆技术制备刀片涂层工艺提供参考。
對機夾刀片工作麵進行激光鎔覆,以改善其錶麵硬度、耐磨抆和耐腐蝕等性能。從鎔覆材料的選擇、鎔覆粉末添加方式的製定及鎔覆層質量控製3箇主要方麵製定機夾刀片工作麵激光鎔覆工藝,為採用激光鎔覆技術製備刀片塗層工藝提供參攷。

Laser cladding of machine clip blade was studied in order to improve the surface hardness,wear resistance,corrosion resistance and etc. The process of the laser cladding on machine clip blade was formulated from matching of cladding material,selec-tion of adding cladding powder and quality control of cladding layer. The research can provide reference for the laser cladding process formulation of blade coating.
