压力波动严重影响履带起重机的动态特性,限制其工作性能的发挥。针对这一问题,对影响起升系统动态特性的主要参数进行深入研究并优化设计,提出了改变平衡阀主阀口通流面积梯度、同时采用适当阻尼孔直径相匹配的方法。仿真与实验结果表明:所采用方法可以有效降低系统压力波动的幅度,改善起重机起升性能,优化设计方案可行。

The pressure fluctuations seriously affect the crawler cranes dynamic characteristics,limit its work performance. To solve this problem,the main parameters affecting the dynamic characteristics of the hoisting system were deeply studied. The method was proposed that the balance valve main valve port flow area gradient was changed while the appropriate orifice diameter matching was used. The simulation and experimental results show that the adopted method can effectively reduce the fluctuation of the system pres-sure,the performance of crane hoisting is improved and the optimization design is feasible.
