成形力是渐进成形过程的重要参数,针对渐进成形力的检测过程中成形力信号含有脉冲干扰、白噪声等混合噪声,提出将小波变换与均值滤波相结合的去噪方法。描述了基于小波变换与均值滤波相结合的算法步骤,针对成形力信号对小波阈值去噪参数选取进行了研究,并通过实验对比说明了该方法的可靠性与有效性。
成形力是漸進成形過程的重要參數,針對漸進成形力的檢測過程中成形力信號含有脈遲榦擾、白譟聲等混閤譟聲,提齣將小波變換與均值濾波相結閤的去譟方法。描述瞭基于小波變換與均值濾波相結閤的算法步驟,針對成形力信號對小波閾值去譟參數選取進行瞭研究,併通過實驗對比說明瞭該方法的可靠性與有效性。

Forming force is an important parameters of incremental forming process. The incremental forming force includes mixed noise containing pulse interference and white noise in the incremental forming force detection process. To overcome the prob-lem,a de-noising method based on wavelet transform and mean filtering was proposed. The steps of the method based on wavelet trans-form and mean filtering were described,the parameter selection of the wavelet threshold de-noising for forming force signal were re-searched. The experimental result shows the reliability and validity of the method.
