精密成形过程中,弹性变形对锻件尺寸精度的影响是不可忽视的,然而多数有限元软件的几何信息提取功能并不完善。以金属塑性成形专业软件DEFORM-3D为例,提出基于实体表面网格节点来测量模具及锻件弹性变形量的方法,并通过Visual C++编程得以实现。弧齿锥齿轮冷锻过程的模拟验证结果表明:该方法正确、可行,为研究模具在高压工况下的弹性膨胀和锻件卸载后的回弹现象提供了高效简便的手段。

Effection of elastic deformation on the dimensional precision of forgings can not be ignored in precision forming process. However,for many finite element methods,it is difficult to extract geometric information of the forgings,which is not condu-cive to measuring the amount of elastic deformation of mold cavity and forging. Taking the metal forming professional software DE-FORM-3D as example,a new method was proposed to measure the amount of elastic deformation based on grid nodes of solid surface. The program based on the method was written with Visual C+ + and was used to analyze the elastic deformation in cold forging process of spiral bevel gear. The results show that the method is correct and feasible to study the elastic expansion of mold cavity under high pressure conditions and springback of forgings after unloading.
