采用复合型壳熔模铸造工艺制备出了液压插装阀灰铸铁阀体,并测试其力学性能指标。利用OM、SEM、EDS分析了灰铸铁的微观组织特征。实验结果表明:石墨片长度为144.6μm左右,为石墨8级;主要基体组织为铁素体+珠光体,渗碳体簇<3%,为碳3级;灰铸铁中的磷共晶组织影响其力学性能。
採用複閤型殼鎔模鑄造工藝製備齣瞭液壓插裝閥灰鑄鐵閥體,併測試其力學性能指標。利用OM、SEM、EDS分析瞭灰鑄鐵的微觀組織特徵。實驗結果錶明:石墨片長度為144.6μm左右,為石墨8級;主要基體組織為鐵素體+珠光體,滲碳體簇<3%,為碳3級;灰鑄鐵中的燐共晶組織影響其力學性能。

One kind of gray graphite cast iron for fabricating cartridge value was studied. Their mechanical properties and micro-structure were analyzed by OM,SEM,EDS. The results show that graphite length is about 144.6 μm (Degree 8). The volume of ce-mentite is lower than 3%(Degree 3). And the matrix is made of ferrite and pearlite. The phosphide eutectic in gray graphite cast iron has a large influence on its mechanical properties.
