针对实际工程中锥阀经常出现振动、噪声等现象,通过设计实验观察振动情况,发现锥阀的振动是规律的周期振动。将CFD的计算结果同系统动力学模型的参数结合起来,对可能引起锥阀振动的原因如稳态液动力和瞬态液动力进行仿真分析。结果表明:稳态液动力并非引起锥阀发生周期振动的原因,瞬态液动力才是锥阀产生周期振动的原因。
針對實際工程中錐閥經常齣現振動、譟聲等現象,通過設計實驗觀察振動情況,髮現錐閥的振動是規律的週期振動。將CFD的計算結果同繫統動力學模型的參數結閤起來,對可能引起錐閥振動的原因如穩態液動力和瞬態液動力進行倣真分析。結果錶明:穩態液動力併非引起錐閥髮生週期振動的原因,瞬態液動力纔是錐閥產生週期振動的原因。
침대실제공정중추벌경상출현진동、조성등현상,통과설계실험관찰진동정황,발현추벌적진동시규률적주기진동。장CFD적계산결과동계통동역학모형적삼수결합기래,대가능인기추벌진동적원인여은태액동력화순태액동력진행방진분석。결과표명:은태액동력병비인기추벌발생주기진동적원인,순태액동력재시추벌산생주기진동적원인。
The poppet valve always has vibration and noise problems in engineering. Through designing experiments,the poppet valve vibration was observed. It is found that the poppet valve vibration signal is a typical periodic vibration signal. Combining CFD re-sults with the system dynamic model's parameters,simulation and analysis about the effects of steady flow force and transient flow force to the poppet valve vibration were made. From the simulation results and theoretical analysis,it is found that the steady flow force is not the reason of valve periodic vibration,and the transient flow force is the main reason of poppet valve vibration.
