控制设备动作的时空耦合,分布式发电的集中接入,使得电力系统动态无功优化问题的求解显得复杂和困难。本文提出了一种考虑分布式发电动态无功优化模型及方法,以系统日负荷曲线分段为基础,结合分布式发电日功率输出曲线,通过各时段的无功优化计算获得离散控制设备的动作值,根据控制设备动作值的变化确定控制设备动作权限时刻,并通过动作设备的重新调整解决离散控制设备一天内动作次数强约束问题,实现一天内控制设备动作的时空协调和无功潮流的最优分布,从而提高系统安全稳定运行。
控製設備動作的時空耦閤,分佈式髮電的集中接入,使得電力繫統動態無功優化問題的求解顯得複雜和睏難。本文提齣瞭一種攷慮分佈式髮電動態無功優化模型及方法,以繫統日負荷麯線分段為基礎,結閤分佈式髮電日功率輸齣麯線,通過各時段的無功優化計算穫得離散控製設備的動作值,根據控製設備動作值的變化確定控製設備動作權限時刻,併通過動作設備的重新調整解決離散控製設備一天內動作次數彊約束問題,實現一天內控製設備動作的時空協調和無功潮流的最優分佈,從而提高繫統安全穩定運行。

With the time and space coupling of control device action and centralized accessing of distributed power generation, the problem of dynamic reactive power optimization for the power system becomes more complex and difficult. This paper proposes a dynamic reactive power optimization model and method considering distributed generations. Combining the load section and distributed generation day power curve, operational values of each discrete control device in different time sections are determined through the calculation of reactive power optimization. The authority of control device action is dispatched and adjusted according to the change of control device values in each section. The time- pace coordination of different control actions and the optimum distribution of system reactive power are achieved. Therefore, the stability and economy of the power system is improved. Simulation shows that the reactive power optimization model and method are feasible and effective.
