目前电力系统中广泛使用基于矢量运算的单周控制有源滤波器(OCC-APF)来消除谐波,但当三相不对称系统某相电压缺失时,按照传统电压矢量分区将造成单周控制器性能急剧下降。为了解决这种极限情况,本文依据不对称系统下OCC-APF的工作特性,提出了一种由电源电压非零序分量过零点重新划分矢量区间的方案,通过编程和仿真证明所提方法的有效性,该方法的提出对于OCC-APF在电力系统中的推广具有重要意义。

One cycle control active power filter (OCC-APF) based on vector computing is widely used to eliminate harmonics in present power systems. However, when a phase voltage of the three-phase unbalanced system drops to zero, vector computing based OCC-APF which follows traditional voltage vector partition will result in sharp performance decline of the one cycle controller. For this extreme situation, and according to the OCC-APF operating characteristics in unbalanced systems, this paper proposes a new scheme that vector intervals are divided through zero crossings of the non-zero sequence component of the supply voltage. Programming and simulation show that the proposed method is effective, and has important significance for the promotion of OCC-APF in power systems.
