目的:利用近红外光谱特征谱段相似系数法对冬凌草片中是否含有异性有机物进行快速检测。方法:使用近红外测定,以不含有异性有机物的冬凌草片的近红外光谱为参照光谱,选择特定谱段,建立待测样品光谱与参照光谱在该谱段的相似系数阈值,快速判断待测样品是否含有异性有机物。结果:在8802~4430 cm-1特征谱段,设定阈值为70%,用78批样品进行验证,52批含异性有机物,相似系数小于70%的有51个,占样品总数的98.08%。结论:此方法简便、快捷、易操作、准确率高,适用于药品检测车现场的快速筛查,具有一定的推广价值。

Objective:To develop a novel method for rapid detection of the foreign organic matters in rabdosia rubescens tablets with NIR correlation coefficient method . Methods: Near infrared determination was adopted with near infrared spectroscopy as the reference spectra which did not contain foreign organic matters in rabdosia rubescens tablets . The correlation coefficient of threshold in specific spectra section was established with testing samples and ref-erence spectra , and fast detection was conducted for the presence of foreign organic matters in the testing samples . Results: The threshold of 70% was set up in 8 802 ~4 430 cm-1 characteristic spectrum . Of 78 batches of the validat-ed samples , 52 batches contained foreign organic matters and the correlation coefficient of 51 samples was less than 70%, accounting for 98 . 08% of the total samples . Conclusion: This method is simple , fast and accurate , which is easy for operation . It is suitable for rapid screening by using drug testing vehicles on sit and is worthy recommending .
