目的：分析腹腔镜手术所致不良后果的原因，为减少腹腔镜手术不良后果提供参考。方法回顾性分析16例腹腔镜术后死亡或腹腔内器官损伤病例。结果5例死亡患者死亡原因：冠心病急性发作1例，胆瘘致腹膜炎1例，髂总动脉破裂1例，多器官功能衰竭1例；11例腹腔内器官损伤包括胆瘘、肠瘘、输尿管瘘、缺血缺氧性脑病、吸入性肺炎等。结论腹腔镜手术自身的局限性、未严格把握适应证及禁忌证、手术操作不规范、术前评价不充分是造成腹腔镜手术不良后果的重要原因。
목적：분석복강경수술소치불량후과적원인，위감소복강경수술불량후과제공삼고。방법회고성분석16례복강경술후사망혹복강내기관손상병례。결과5례사망환자사망원인：관심병급성발작1례，담루치복막염1례，가총동맥파렬1례，다기관공능쇠갈1례；11례복강내기관손상포괄담루、장루、수뇨관루、결혈결양성뇌병、흡입성폐염등。결론복강경수술자신적국한성、미엄격파악괄응증급금기증、수술조작불규범、술전평개불충분시조성복강경수술불량후과적중요원인。
Objective To analyze reasons causing adverse consequences resulted from laparoscopic operation and to provide references for decreasing the post-operative complications .Methods Clinical data of 16 patients who died or had abdominal organ damages resulted from laparoscopic operation were retrospectively analyzed . Results The reasons ,causing the death of 5 patients ,included acute coronary attack ,peritonitis resulted from biliary fistula ,common iliac artery rupture ,multiple organ failure and acute pulmonary embolism .The reasons ,causing ab-dominal organ damages in 11 patients ,included biliary fistula ,intestinal fistula ,ureteral fistula ,hypoxic-ischemic en-cephalopathy ,aspiration pneumonia and so on .Conclusion Limitations of laparoscopic surgery ,ignoring of operative indications and contraindication ,nonstandard operation and insufficient preoperative evaluation could be the main rea-sons causing adverse consequences resulted from laparoscopic operation .
