目的:通过对新护士以静脉输液实地操作考核为管理切入点,探索使低年资护士尽快胜任临床工作的有效培养模式。方法:对当年上岗满3个月的新护士进行输液法实地操作考核,针对其中静脉输液法的考核中暴露出的问题,与临床相关的11项工作指标进行一一对应评估,结合患者满意度测评和科室同事评价,制定出个人、小组和集体培训计划和持续改进计划并组织实施,半年和1年后分别进行相同方式的评价。结果:入科3个月新护士在静脉输液操作中出现的工作指标缺陷,从高到低依次为:护理安全意识、无菌观念、急救能力、人文关怀、主动学习意识、与患者的沟通能力、职业暴露防范、工作效率、应变能力、院感意识和静脉穿刺能力。新护士的11项工作指标在培训后有显著提高(P<0.05)。结论:利用静脉输液实地操作考核为管理切入点能够快速有效提高新上岗护士的综合工作能力,这种培养模式值得推广。

Objective:To explore the effective training model of the clinical comprehensive abilities of junior nurses through the assee -ment of the new nurses in actual operation of intravenous infusion .Methods:The actual operation of the new nurses ( employed for 3 months in the same year ) in intravenous infusion was examined and assessed ,and the individual ,team and collevtive training program and continu-ous improvement plan was developed according to the exposed problems in the assessment and 11 relevant items in clinical work and com-bined with patient satisfaction and colleague appraisal ,then the same assessment was respectively made again half a year and one year lat -er.Results:The defects of working index exposed in the actual operation of intravenous infusion from high to low were as follows :the safety consciousness in nursing care ,aseptic concept ,first aid ability ,humanistic care ,the initiative study consciousness ,ability of communication with patients,prevention of occupational exposure ,working efficiency,adaptability,consciousness of hospital infection and venipuncture a-bility,the 11 relevant items in clinical work of new nurses significantly improved after training (P<0.05).Conclusion:The asseement of the new nurses in actual operation of intravenous infusion can effectively and rapidly improve the comprehensive ability of new nurses .
