目的：探讨“双心”干预对中青年急性心肌梗死（ AMI）患者心脏康复的影响。方法：将60例中青年AMI患者随机分为观察组和对照组各30例，对照组给予常规治疗和健康指导，观察组在对照基础上实施“双心”护理干预。比较两组心脏事件发生率及遵义行为，分别采用生活质量综合评定问卷（GQOI-74）、焦虑自评量表（SAS）、抑郁自评量表（SDS）评价患者生活质量、焦虑及抑郁情况。结果：干预后观察组躯体健康度、心理健康度、社会功能维系度均好于对照组，焦虑、抑郁心理评估分数明显降低（P＜0．05），遵医行为显著改善（P＜0．05）。结论：“双心”干预能显著改善中青年AMI患者心脏康复期的心理状态，提高遵医行为，提高生活质量。
목적：탐토“쌍심”간예대중청년급성심기경사（ AMI）환자심장강복적영향。방법：장60례중청년AMI환자수궤분위관찰조화대조조각30례，대조조급여상규치료화건강지도，관찰조재대조기출상실시“쌍심”호리간예。비교량조심장사건발생솔급준의행위，분별채용생활질량종합평정문권（GQOI-74）、초필자평량표（SAS）、억욱자평량표（SDS）평개환자생활질량、초필급억욱정황。결과：간예후관찰조구체건강도、심리건강도、사회공능유계도균호우대조조，초필、억욱심리평고분수명현강저（P＜0．05），준의행위현저개선（P＜0．05）。결론：“쌍심”간예능현저개선중청년AMI환자심장강복기적심리상태，제고준의행위，제고생활질량。
Objective:To explore the effect of cardiac intervention and psychological care on the cardiac rehabilitation of young and mid -dle-aged patients with acute myocardial infarction ( AMI) .Methods:60 young and middle-aged patients with AMI were randomly divid-ed into the observation group and the control group (30 cases in each group).The patients in the control group were given routine treat-ment and health education;the cardiac intervention and psychological care were given to patients in the observation group based on the rou -tine one.The incidence of cardiac events and compliance behaviour of the patients was compared between the two groups and GQOI -74, SAS,SDS were used to assess the quality of life ,anxiety and depression of the patients .Results:The physical and psychological status and social function of the patients were better in the observation group than the control group and the scores of anxiety and depression decreased significantly in the observation group after the intervention ( P<0.05);the compliance behavior of the patients improved significantly in the observation group (P<0.05) Conclusion:The cardiac intervention and psychological care can significantly improve the mental state of young and middle-aged patients in the cardiac rehabilitation period and can improve their compliance behavior and quality of life .
