目的:探讨病案教学在短期临床心血管内科护理教学中的运用及其效果,为临床护理带教寻求一种有效方法。方法:将60名在笔者所在科学习的护理学生随机分为试验组(病案教学组)和对照组(传统教学组),每组30名。对两组护生的综合素质(包括理论成绩考核占30%、技能成绩考核占30%、科室评分占20%及学生互评占20%)进行比较。结果:试验组理论考核成绩、技能考核成绩、科室评分及学生互评及综合素质评分均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:病案教学法在临床心血管内科护理教学中效果理想,可以提高教学质量,值得临床科室护理教学广泛推广。

목적:탐토병안교학재단기림상심혈관내과호리교학중적운용급기효과,위림상호리대교심구일충유효방법。방법:장60명재필자소재과학습적호이학생수궤분위시험조(병안교학조)화대조조(전통교학조),매조30명。대량조호생적종합소질(포괄이론성적고핵점30%、기능성적고핵점30%、과실평분점20%급학생호평점20%)진행비교。결과:시험조이론고핵성적、기능고핵성적、과실평분급학생호평급종합소질평분균고우대조조,차이유통계학의의(P<0.05)。결론:병안교학법재림상심혈관내과호리교학중효과이상,가이제고교학질량,치득림상과실호리교학엄범추엄。
Objective:To explore the case teaching and its effect in the short term clinical cardiovascular internal medicine nursing teaching,in order to seek an effective method for the application of clinical nursing teaching.Method:60 nursing students in our department of were randomly divided into experimental group(case teaching group) and control group(traditional teaching group),30 people in each group.By comparing two groups of the comprehensive quality of nursing students,including theory achievement assessment(30%),skills assessment scores(30%),the department score(20%) and student mutual(20%).Result:The theory examination scores,skills assessment scores,grade and students mutual and comprehensive quality department in the experimental group were higher than that in the control group,there were significant difference(P<0.05).Conclusion:Case teaching method in clinical cardiovascular internal medicine nursing teaching effect is ideal,it can improve the quality of teaching,and worthy widely promotion for clinical nursing teaching.
