目的:应用功能性电刺激结合智能运动治疗脑卒中偏瘫患者,并观察其疗效,探讨脑卒中患者康复治疗的新方法。方法入选我院神经科经头颅C T或头颅M RI检查证实的脑卒中偏瘫患者110例,随机分为4组,所有患者均给予神经内科常规治疗及基础康复。A组加用功能性电刺激仪智能运动进行同步智能运动训炼;B组单用功能性电刺激,C组单用智能运动系统进行肢体运动,D组常规康复治疗。康复6周,治疗前后采用 Fugl-Meyer运动功能量表(FMA)、Berg平衡量表(BBS)、Barthel指数评定(BI)进行评定。结果4组治疗后FMA、BBS、BI评分比较差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后A组评分与其他3组相比,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),说明A组功能改善最显著;B组、C组治疗后与D组相比差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),说明B组、C组治疗较D组有效,功能改善较D组明显,但治疗后B组、C组组间对比差异无统计学意义( P>0.05)。结论在基础康复治疗上进行功能性电刺激结合智能运动系统训练,对脑卒中患者偏瘫会产生积极影响,对患者上下肢运动功能,平衡能力,均有积极改善作用,最终改善了脑卒中偏瘫患者的日常生活能力,提高患者生存和生活质量,明显优于单纯基础康复及基础康复加功能性电刺激或单纯智能运动,为脑卒中偏瘫患者康复提供了新方法。

Objective To observe the efficacy of functional electrical stimulation combined with intelligent motion on motor function of hemiplegic patients with cerebral infarction , and to explore new methods for rehabilitation in stroke pa-tients.Methods One hundred and ten cerebral apoplexy patients with hemiplegia confirmed by CT or head MRI admitted to our hospital had been chosen and divided into 4 groups ,who were all given general treatment and infrastructure rehabilitation. A group was added with functional electrical stimulation and intelligent motion to synchronize exercise of intelligence and motion ;B group was added with functional electrical stimulation alone ,C group with intelligent motion system alone ,D group was per-formed with routine rehabilitation treatment. Limb movement training was carried out for 6 weeks. before and after treatment , Fugl-Meyer motor function scale (FMA) ,Barthel index evaluation (BI) ,Berg balance scale (BBS) were used to evalu-ate.Results After treatment ,the FMA ,BI ,and BBS scores of 4 group patients were significantly different from those of be-fore treatment(P<0.05);the scores of A Group was significantly different from those of other three groups after treatment (P<0.05) ,which indicated that the motion function of group A improved most obviously ;Group B and C improved more obvi-ously than group D(P<0.05);but there is no statistical significance between group B and group C (P>0.05).Conclusion On the basis of infrastructure rehabilitation ,functional electrical stimulation combined with intelligent motion training on hemiple-gic patients with cerebral apoplexy will have a positive impact on the their limb motor function and balance ,have a positive im-provement ,and ultimately improve the hemiplegic patients'activities of daily living ,improve their survival and quality of life , significantly provides a new method of rehabilitation.
