目的：探讨结肠镜单人操作法的技巧应用。方法：对结肠镜单人操作法3588例的操作技术和技巧进行分析总结。结果：3588例中，有3236例插至回盲部，插至回盲部成功率90.2%，有1例发生肠穿孔。结论：结肠镜单人操作只要忠实履行轴保持短缩法和取直镜的操作技巧，通过一定病例数的实践操作，就能真正实现从初学者到熟练者的转变。

목적：탐토결장경단인조작법적기교응용。방법：대결장경단인조작법3588례적조작기술화기교진행분석총결。결과：3588례중，유3236례삽지회맹부，삽지회맹부성공솔90.2%，유1례발생장천공。결론：결장경단인조작지요충실리행축보지단축법화취직경적조작기교，통과일정병례수적실천조작，취능진정실현종초학자도숙련자적전변。
Objective:To investigate the operation of colonoscopy single skill application.Method:To analyze and summarize the operating techniques and skills of single person operation for 3588 cases.Result:There were 3236 cases inserted into the ileocecal in 3588 cases,the success rate of ileocecal inserted was 90.2%,with one case of intestinal perforation complications.Conclusion:Colonoscopy single person operation to maintain as long as faithfully fulfill axis shortening method and straightening mirror operating skills,through a certain number of cases of practical operation,it will be able to realize the transition from beginners to skilled.
