目的：了解笔者所在医院质子泵抑制剂门诊和病历医嘱用药情况，促进临床合理用药。方法：抽取2013年9月1-30日笔者所在医院含质子泵抑制剂的处方和医嘱16837条，从用法用量、适应证等方面分析其使用的合理性。结果：不合理处方和医嘱共1683条(10%)，其中用法用量不规范的处方、医嘱1347条(8%)，超说明书适应证的处方、医嘱336条(2%)。结论：质子泵抑制剂的应用基本合理，但也存在无适应证和用法用量不适宜的现象。

목적：료해필자소재의원질자빙억제제문진화병력의촉용약정황，촉진림상합리용약。방법：추취2013년9월1-30일필자소재의원함질자빙억제제적처방화의촉16837조，종용법용량、괄응증등방면분석기사용적합이성。결과：불합리처방화의촉공1683조(10%)，기중용법용량불규범적처방、의촉1347조(8%)，초설명서괄응증적처방、의촉336조(2%)。결론：질자빙억제제적응용기본합리，단야존재무괄응증화용법용량불괄의적현상。
Objective:This study is done to investigate the clinical application of proton pump inhibitors(PPIs) for outpatients and impatients in our hospital.Method:We adopted 16 837 items for prescr iptions and medical orders containing proton pump inhibitor from September 1 to September 30 of 2013.And the rationality of PPIs was analyzed in terms of dosage and indications for PPIs.Result:There were 1683 items for prescr iptions and medical orders where existed irrational use of PPIs,and the irrational rate was 10%.And it included 1347 items(8%) with irrational dosage and 336 items(2%) without indications for PPIs. Conclusion:The application of PPIs is basically reasonable.However,there also existed irrational application of PPIs,such as irrational dosage and mistaken indications for PPIs.
