目的：探讨高频超声彩色多普勒血流参数在乳腺癌诊断中的应用价值。方法：收集经手术病理证实乳腺癌病例27例，对其彩色多普勒血流显像表现进行综合分析。结果：27例患者年龄32~67岁，平均(46.9±9.9)岁，表现为乳腺肿块，其内均见血流，血流检出率为100%，阻力指数(RI)0.63~1.00，平均0.81±0.10，大于0.70有23例(85.2％)。结论：高频超声加彩色多普勒检测乳腺癌无创、诊断率高，是乳腺癌的早期诊断的有效检查方法。
목적：탐토고빈초성채색다보륵혈류삼수재유선암진단중적응용개치。방법：수집경수술병리증실유선암병례27례，대기채색다보륵혈류현상표현진행종합분석。결과：27례환자년령32~67세，평균(46.9±9.9)세，표현위유선종괴，기내균견혈류，혈류검출솔위100%，조력지수(RI)0.63~1.00，평균0.81±0.10，대우0.70유23례(85.2％)。결론：고빈초성가채색다보륵검측유선암무창、진단솔고，시유선암적조기진단적유효검사방법。
Objective:To study the charateristic changes of breast cancer by high-frequency and color Doppler ultrasound.Method:High-frequency ultrasound and color Doppler flow imaging(CDFI) of 27 cases with a mean age of 46.9 years of breast cancer confirmed by clinical operation and pathology were enrolled in the study,and these results had been confirmed by pathology diagnosis.Result:In CDFI,blood flow was 100%found in 27 cases.Their mean resistance index(RI) were 0.63-1.00,average was 0.81±0.10,and 85.2%resistance index(RI) were more than 0.70.Conclusion:High-frequency ultrasound and CDFI are great value in diagnosis of breast cancer.
